The following are our Terms of Business as supplemented by our Order Confirmation Terms C-D Contract Order Confirmation Terms- V18.pdf, that apply: 

1. Whenever you request or receive a service from us (including any templates, drafts, guides or other documents or materials, (whether provided free of charge or otherwise); and 

2. In respect of all communications and correspondence with us, including in-person, via email (and their attachments), telephone, mobile and text (including by WhatsApp and any other communication platform such as LinkedIn and Facebook).

When you acquire (whether you pay or not) any Content (templates, checklists, guides etc) from us our Terms of Sale will apply.
