This Template is an informal letter agreement setting out the non-contractual arrangements between a company or business and an individual for an unpaid internship where it is intended that the intern is not a worker (or employee). This letter is for an unpaid internship with volunteer status. It is not intended to create a legally binding relationship and is drafted on the basis that the intern is neither a worker nor an employee.
